day 37

So tired. 5hrs sleep. Dropped off son and went to police station. Went to work and worked full day. Left slightly early, cooked dinner and picked up son. Walk with daughter. 

day 36

Up late as I was up until 1am something, chatted with staff and was too hot and irritable from not walking (waited for daughter who came home and went to bed). 

Weighed self: 

Going to start drink cinnamon with water see if that helps? One main meal is good so far.

Did a whole heap of transcribing. Found my laptop didn't save 20mins worth of work - that's about 3 hours of work. 

Went to mall with son. Got a unexpected text message! 

Started walk and went into work to help deescalate situation. 

day 35

I painted and made a lego robot. I waited for my daughter to come home to go for a walk, as planned. She went to her room and cloaed her door. I stayed up really late talking to coworkers.

Work was insane.

So many yawns.

day 33

Up really early. Got up and weighed self:

Finally seeing some weight came off.

Dropped son off at his job, worked a hard full day. But had mcdonalds and fudge. 

Home and painted. Argued with daughter about leaving me in the lurch. I explained that I miss having someone, the funeral reminded me how lonely I've been feeling. She made me tuna bake and hugged me. We are all good. 

Booked our santa photo for tomorrow night (my daughter booked it for tonight by accident). Went for a 40min walk, and topped up my steps by walking around the house. 

Going to bed to do some transcribing. Hoping to have lost some more weight by tomorrow.... doubt it with my pasta dinner. Good news is my left knee didn't hurt at all tonight! I did roll my left ankle, but I've done this so much that I just kept walking. 

day 32

Up early, cat wanted my attention, so I took video and sent it to my daughter. 

had shower and surprised I lost weight. 

 took son to work, surprised I was allowed to do my own smear.

Went to a funeral, which i got times wrong and arrived at 1145am with no food in my belly. I actually started at 1pm, arrival was 12.30. 

 

Left early and immediately had a phone call which was my initial interview for a Tron job. 

Went to supermarket (quiche and salads) and stationary shop. Bought a square canvas and a writing set. Then an armless homeless man asked me for food. Got him food. Called daughter who was short with me. Came home wrote a letter and painted 

Need to extend the wing feathers on bottom wing. Notice that it is on top of the tape! The stick-it notes are a space saver for the other fantail. I really like him so far. Then went for an extra long walk with James acaster in my ears. 

Might put my steps up again 

day 31

It was a crazy day of work. I handed in my notice. I got my steps. I prepared my 4 panel painting.
