My cabinet has turned up. So I started making it up (it's a two part kit set, I finished one and have just the door on the second one).
I had some time this morning so I worked out (13m pilates, 10m HIIT, 14m walk).
I finished ACT module 5 and now I have 13seconds before Kaupapa Maori and Pasifika starts (it's the Cutting edge seminar).
Where did this motivation come from??? Pass. I just started and I am pretty sure I will be exhausted soon. I have work to do, and yoga this afternoon. Aaaaand my friend..... buggar.
