Yikes. This was yesterday. The day before I had kidney pain and no sleep. I took this photo with the best of intentions! Took the next photo, and then I got a group message from my extended family which devastated me.
I wrote a Christmas update, full of hostility and took my daughter into town to print it, eat food and watch a ufo movie.
I noticed that an old friend was in town and I tried hinting to him through messenger to come hang out.... but he said something criptic and we left for the movie. I wanted to go to riverside and bump into him, since that's where everyone goes when they are in town... but my daughter didn't want to go. I looked at my watch and I needed more steps.... and I pushed the dinger on the bus early and forced her to walk an extra 100 steps.
Clearly not happy with me. Stopped and waited for me to catch up before dragging me the rest of the way. My watch still said no where near my goal.... and worse.... the glue had dissolved again. So I walked around the house in a loop and 20 times hoping my watch face wouldn't fall off.
Hooray. I did it. I ate my lunch at 7pm
And dinner about 9pm.... which i hate eating late but in my defense, it's so bright at 7pm it feels like midday.
Day 2
Woke up with severe kidney pain.
I weighed in but no photo. Embarrassed to write it down. Worked the day with no watch. Relied on my phone steps... not really accurate. Ate a sushi roll and a tank for lunch. Home: i got productive. I glued my watch face back on, did some stretches, asked my son to walk with me (he got mean and said no), ate the same as above photo, did some tsa assignment then walked by myself.
Found a Christmas house in November. Pretty sure I saw a ufo. Walked until exactly 6000 steps on watch.
Got on the ring fit and worked out, did some more tsa, had a shower and in bed writing this before sleep for my 530am alarm.
Noticing that flatulence is a thing. Not sure if it's protein powder, the vitamins I'm having or the exercise shaking everything up in there????
Booked dr to figure out the kidney issue.
Good night.
