day 17

I'm in bed. I didn't get my steps today. I have a sinus migraine. My right knee keeps twinging like it use to when I was stationary cycling. It's like a jolt as if it's about to dislocate. It's scary and sudden and painful. I'm really exhausted. I didn't paint or transcribe. 
Thinking about it now, I might be on burn out and depression setting in?
