day 26

Woke up and took son to his work. 
Got to work and it was non stop. Didn't go to bootcamp. My knee winged 4 times.
Went to pick up son and bought donburi for dinner. Started watching James Acaster comedy skits while I waited. 
Did some painting and then went for a walk with my daughter. Knee winged like 8 times. 
In bed.
