Went geocery shopping by myself, bought a canvas, and some bakery food. Put my phone in the trolley while grocery shopping and forgot my watch which meant the steps weren't recorded. Or if they were, I did less than 300 all morning.
Got home and transcribed a bit.
I made a simple dinner and had pop tarts after.
I did a good deed. I found some dumped items and tracked the owners down. They were genuinely surprised their stuff was there and drove down and picked it up (so they told me). Also I shouldnt have looked, but i opened my emails and saw a lot of crap went on at work over the weekend.
The walking isn't doing enough for the weight... I've changed my diet to eating less.... I think i better up my game.
