day 23

With a car in ger less steps. I get over 2000 less. 

Work and now I'm oncall.

My right knee still is off, like an air pocket wants to escape. 

I got a quiche on the way home, cooked it and ate it in the dark and realised it had meat in it. 😠 😡 😤 

Played tekken and painted some more. Then realised my steps were shocking.... went for a walk. 

Home at the same time as daughter and finished my steps. 

Got better me last night. Thinking I will start it in the morning.
